I’m usually very proud of my body…until recently. Here’s the reminder I needed and why you should be proud of your body every day.
Our thoughts can be a wonderful place to be, but too much time inside our own heads can create clutter. Which is why we must unplug our brains regularly.
We do it every year. The first rolls around and – even if we promised ourselves not to – we make resolutions. Resolutions to be healthier, too work out more, to eat better… Little do we know we’re setting ourselves up for failure, because January is the worse possible month to make resolutions.
